Amanda C – “I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2004. Although I have been trained in several different modalities of massage, my focus and passion is on traditional Swedish and Deep tissue massage. I feel very fortunate to have a career as fulfilling as being a Massage Therapist. I have a deep passion for connecting with people and fully attending to each client’s individual needs. I strive to help people find solace in a chaotic world and give them the opportunity to spend an hour or two in perfect space.”

April L – “My name is April, and I started my career back in 2007 after graduating from National American University with an Associate’s degree of Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage. I’ve been a massage therapist with Healing Touch for over two years now. Prior to Healing Touch, I worked in day spas, had my own massage business, worked in a hospital rehab department, and provided massages to patients of hospice care. Throughout this time, I also took continuing education annually to keep my skills up to date while learning new techniques and modalities of massage.

Some of these modalities I specialize in include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Stretching, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and Corestone massage.  I combined my knowledge and work experience to find my true passion in helping clients feel their best with a massage that is therapeutic and tailored to their needs. I make it a point to ask every client I see what their concerns are and what they want to focus on so I can help them achieve their goals. As you can see my specialty is really listening to what your body needs – sometimes that’s deep tissue work, sometimes it’s gentle stretching, and sometimes it’s a combination of techniques. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments because I know many of my clients work long hours.”
